1. Q: How can I Book

You can Book easily using our online platform. When you find a service you need, you can click on Book, login and go through the Booking process. After the Booking is confirmed, you will receive Booking Confirmation summary to your email and SMS on your Phone number. Booking Confirmation will also be stored to your account. If you find difficulties in booking online you can also contact us through on Telephone number or by email so we can help you finalizing your booking.

2. Q: Why should I Book online?

Speeding up the process. By Booking online you will be able to go through Booking confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time. Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous Bookings any time you want. Rebooking: you can make a re-book anytime based on your previous bookings by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

3. Q: What information should I input when booking?

our online booking system will ask for all the important information you should submit including Names, Email, Telephone number, Address, etc.

4. Q: What payment methods can I use?

You can either pay by using your credit cards or mobile money.

5. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact vng.empeta@gmail.com or call +250784506882.We can manage the order manually

8. Q: How do create an account?

Go to this page https://www.empeta.rw and click “sign up”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “save”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

9. Q: How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

10. Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page https://www.empeta.rw and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

11. Q: Security

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
